30/09/08 - It's 10 YEARS since I started making music! So, to celebrate (or perhaps commiserate?) I have uploaded the 1st track I EVER did ... Change the Bass ... there's probably a good reason why it originally never left my hard drive!! I also have somet new stuff to share as well. A little project I am working on called something like "Q307 Release EP". So far it's really just a bunch of demos, but the ideas are feeling good so when (if?) I get chance I will work on them some more soooooooooooooooonnnn. Peace. P.S. The 5 new trax + Change the Bass can all be played on the jukebox up towards the top on the right had side.
19/02/08 - Floundering! I have taken to digging through the vaults + starting to look at promoting myself a bit better cuz at the mo I just have no time to sit down and focus on doing new music. We've started to clear out our loft to make way for it's conversion in May and I found a load of olde back-up CD-Rs of tunes I made as FIRE between 1998 & 2001 ... I have found about 9 trax that I am going to put together + put on archive.org (at some point - there are a few edits to do + some jiggling with the track levels). With my 'computer music' opus due for release through FSOR fairly soon I have taken to trying to open up a few more promo channels (lastfm, myspace & soundclick are current targets) + helping others out too. There have been a deluge of new eps & lps over the past month or so ... see links below. Finally, as perviously mentioned, the "release" of 'computer music' is fairly imminent, so I have uploaded an extended version of one of the trax from it ... get it from my "New Music (mp3s)" page or play track 7 on the jukebox: 'Digital Bleurgh (Extended Version)'. 10/11/07 - Quick splurge, as I have some thoughts on my mind. After years of floundering, in 2005 I finally completed an album I was proud of and still dig, 'TeeTHinG'. This was followed up by 'Escape to Canada' in mid 2006, 'ADarkerPlace' at the start of 2007 and now my newie 'Computer Music', which I completed a few weeks ago. These 4 opus' were me pushing Fudgedubnofunk to the limit + finally making music (at least) I LOVE. I want to complete a new version of 'Captain Black is in the House' (for the original check out the final 6 mins of 'This is NOT Meant to be Pretentious') for sub for the next FSOR compilation, but that will be it for (new) FDNF trax for a while. I have a new idea in mind, but as of yet I haven't had chance to put any of the ideas in my head into making choons. I think the new "project" will be predominantly for remixes, but that's as far as I've got so far! RAH!!
09/11/07 - I have uploaded my 2006 album 'Escape to Canada' onto archive.org. Been meaning to do this for ages, but just haven't got round to it. I personally think this is the best album I have done ... it just flows brill + sonically hits on many different bases, some of which were new to me at the time.

28/09/07 - I am in the process of trying to sort a few odds + sods out on this site & tidy up a bit ... anyway, I found another track from my ongoing "Illbient Project", so I thought I'd upload it. Anyway, it is called 'While My Laptop Slowly Loads'. Yes, this thing runs like a dog!
26/09/07 - It's been quite a while since I did anything with this site, mainly because work & home life have been MANIC and when I've had 5 mins spare I've been trying to work on my latest opus ... which incidentally is now nearing completion. Check out the "demo" version HERE. Now I just gotta get this place in order cuz there are a load of links + stuff that are out of date - ARGH!
17/04/07 - WWW.FUDGEDUBNOFUNK.COM is 1 year old. HOORAH! Can't really believe how quickly the past year has gone. Anyway, I have paid my subscription so this website will be around for a little while longer yet. Hopefully this year I will make a few changes + update the thing ... the Profile page deffo needs a face lift. Whatever, the main purpose of this site was to give me the ability to have my own space for my own music ... last night I uploaded three new trax - check out: kntr , kIoW and Drips Thanx to all those peeps out there who have supported, checked out and downloaded music from this website over the past 12 months ... you're all LUVERLY. 20/03/07 - Another new tune - HOORAH! This one's both for my on going Dark Forces Project and also for my future new album provisionally called "K". It's called Computer Forces and it's more of the C64 sound a la 'Krunk'.

14/02/07 - For some reason I decided it would be a GREAT idea to try and take an element or 2 from each of the 7 trax on my ADarkerPlace album and create one ALMIGHTY track. To cut a long story short it was a NIGHTMARE to do!!!
03/02/07 - I think after a month it's time to put the Demos "competition" to bed. The suprise winner (to me anyway) is Demo 1 (RAH!) ... at some point I've now gotta finish the thing off!

No Future - Dark, minimal & epic drone with sporadic percussion
Death of a Croydon Librarian - 4/4, guitars, noises, ambience
Dark Funk - An anomally. Funky bass, beats, scratchin, sax, fx
The Light - Short sax n' synths interlude
Krusher - Glitchy beats, synth swoons, weird ambience ... EPIC!
Washing Machine - More noises from a household appliance!
It's a 40 minute ILLBIENT trip into the abyss ... and the deepest recesses of our kitchen! RAH!!
08/01/07 - First blurb of the new year. Just a few things - I've just added another track to my "Illbient" project ... check out the joyful Washing Machine! I've also put a couple more trax on archive.org, so go to Archive (mp3s) again if ya wanna hear something PRETENTIOUS + overblown. Oh yeah, nearly forgot ... I've added a new page too called Demos (mp3s), which is & will be a dumping ground for some trax I've started + don't know what to do with - let me know which you think is BEST. Anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
30/12/06 - A couple of things ... new (epic!) track Krusher uploaded and I've added a new page called Archive (mp3s). I've moved "Terror" there so far. I will be putting more trax that were on www.fudgedubnofunk.com when I get chance.
21/12/06 (2) - I recently(ish) set up a page on a newish website called BritBand.com. I've been using it to house some of my older tunes. Check out my FUDGEDUBNOFUNK page.
21/12/06 (1) - "Sixty-Six-06" didn't have the right vibe for the FSOR 002 compo, so I've tried again with a track from my 'TeeTHinG' album called "Terror". It's a breakbeat track with an industrial edge and was produced around the time of the 7/7 bombings in London. It's only gonna be up here for a little while ... get it HERE!
05/12/06 - Check out my submission for the FSOR 002 VA Compilation - 'Sixty-Six-06'. It's an olde I've revamped slightly for 2006.
22/11/06 - Hmmmm! Ok!! A little while ago I did a track called "Devoid", which included a sample of our boiler groaning. The other night I took a sample I recorded of our fridge making some weird noises + turned it into a track. This may not be everyone's cup of tea. Check out 'The Fridge' if you like droning ambient noise!!!
09/11/06 - Groovy, groovy, GROOVY! My track 'Dark Funk' has been included on the 1st FSOR (Future State of Rhythm) VA compilation - Hoorah! You can get it here. My track is described as follows: "Great vision, and not sounding too unlike Future Sound Of London, this track delivers in spades !! With great musical elasticity, FUDGEDUBNOFUNK truly gives us dark funk, in every sense of the word. Miss it and lose out !!". Check it out!
04/11/06 - Some people say that I make dark + weird music ... hmmmm, well here's a track to um! well you decide ... the title is probably a bit of a give away - 'No Future' . RAH!!!
06/10/06 - Another new track! This one's called 'Death of a Croydon Librarian' ! Don't ask me why!! It's a bit of an EPIC ...
03/10/06 - I don't think E'mancer dudes ever thought it would really happen, but Electromancer.com is GONE. I owe a lot to this site ... just over 5 years ago I sent off a CD-R to Marvey Mills with a track called 'Mission AX' on it. I had stuff on the web already on peoplesound & vitaminic, but Electromancer was the 1st site I really got involved in and the 1st site on which I got my 1st EVER feedback on a track! It also set off a spark in me to start downloading trax from the web and let other people know what I thought of their music. I think the BIG thing about it was that it developed into a community of artists from all walks of life. It just became soooo diverse ... as more & more people signed up, so there were more & more people uploading all kinds of different types of music. Anyway, this is a SAD day ... goodbye Electromancer, we love ya!!

14/09/06 - Right! Two new/changed/updated (whatever!!) pages now LIVE!! I've started putting some of my older stuff up ... my 'Classix' (Rah!). We have the Conventional stuff and the (more) Experimental stuff. So far there's only 1 track on each page, but I'll be adding more trax as and when I get chance.
13/09/06 - Today is a SAD day ... not only is it raining (!), but my v v good mate Mr Stephen Daley is set to get on a plane to Canada at 3pm this afternoon and he's not coming back! If you ever read this good luck with the new life matey ... love ya + missin ya already. Stay cool.

31/08/06 - I've uploaded a couple of trax onto my Electromancer page for old times sake ... Electromancer is due to shutdown in October. So, I've uploaded the 1st Fudgedubnofunk track to ever grace the site back in 2001 Mission AX and also a newie Krosch Epoc from my album 'Escape to Canada'.

01/08/06 - HOORAH! One of my olde trax 'Sixty-Six(Reprise)' has been selected to be included in a compilation put together by on-line radio statio EMC Radio. The compilation is available to download from here. There's also a thread about it in the audioshots.com forum.
27/07/06 - I uploaded new track Escape to Canada onto my mp3s page last night. This is a collaboration with a groovy chappy who calls himself theory of one. ENJOY!
22/07/06 - RIGHT! I've decided to give up reviewing trax (for a while at least). For the past 2-3 years I've been on this kinda hamster wheel ... downloading trax from the web, sticking them on my mp3 player, listening to them 2, 3, 4, etc. times & then posting reviews. I reckon I've downloaded several thousand tunes + posted reviews for about 99% of them. It's something I just decided to do - RAH! It started just with Electromancer.com, then I got involved in audioshots.com, then petrolmusic (RIP), ABR, postunder records, future music & infexious - ARGH! It got to the point where I was reviewing 15-20 trax a week (which is kinda a nightmare as I've always only been on dial-up, so downloading trax has always taken ages!). Anyway, I've kinda started losing the plot going through this ongoing cyclical process!! I've also not had time really to listen to anything else + CDs I've bought or borrowed have just not linked with my brain cuz I haven't given them much focus. That coupled with the fact that a new process of time/resource utilisation at work means that my main time for listening to music + reviewing trax (my lunch hour) is now used up doing ... WORK, are factors that have led me to this decision. So there ya go ... I shall shut up + get me coat NOW!! Bye!!!

15/06/06 - It was one of the 1st trax I uploaded, but it's time to promo THE DARK FORCES OF SPANG again as my mate liquidscreamer has done a new version of it called DARK REIGN.
07/06/06 - Have been through a bit of a consolidation splurge, as I found that I was using up far tooo much space. So, the 'Groovy Music Makers', 'Music Forums', 'Other Websites' & 'Music Top Tens' pages have been merged into one Links page and the 'Hurn 2006' holiday pics have gone FOREVER! Roll on the next holiday.
02/06/06 - WWW.FUDGEDUBNOFUNK.COM hits its 1st milestone ... 500 HITS! HOORAH!! Not an amazing feet, but I'm chuffed.
01/06/06 - New track pOsitive uploaded to mp3s page. I wasn't sure whether to upload this one, as really it's just a MESS around track ... but I thought "what the hell!".
31/05/06 - Found out that there's a short profile of ME on ABR, which is kinda cool. Oh yeah, and I've also put some mugshots of me onto my profile page, so you can now laugh at my ugly mug!
13/05/06 - New track Grey Matter uploaded to mp3s page. I'm kinda pleased with it cuz I managed to keep it to a compact 4:28 instead of doing my usual + extending sections too far and bustin 6 mins.

01/05/06 - "Almost Nothing" Project now complete. 8 trax of weird ambient splurgness. Each track flows into the next, so you really need to download ALL 8 trax to enjoy the full sonic experience!

20/04/06 - My latest track Hurn has moved up to number 1 in the (monthly) Electromancer most 'played' chart with 40 plays (5 ahead of no. 2) and is also at number 4 in download chart with 15 (only 4 behind the no. 1).
17/04/06 - www.fudgedubnofunk.com officially launched. Thanx to my brother-in-law Stephen Munday for buying it for me (as an Xmas present!).
